Our Association stands ready to serve its members. With the support and dedication of our members,
there are no issues we cannot solve. Our Association has and will continue to
strive to promote the best possible Fire and EMS service to the citizens we serve.
 The Association is made up of Chief Fire Officers from the 29 municipalities,
Broward County, and representatives of Broward's Trauma Agency, the American
Red Cross, Division of Forestry and Broward County Emergency Management. The Association meets the first Friday of each month and is ran by the Executive Board who are Chief Fire Officers that are elected into the positions of president, vice-president, secreatry, and treasurer. The Association has formed
several standing-committees whose objectives and goals are to research and monitor the latest
trends in the fire and EMS service.
The membership is committed to the Association's Mission

The Fire Chiefs' Association is honored to host "The Paul Rumbaut Memorial Scholarship Fund" on our web site.
The intent of the Paul Rumbaut Paramedic Scholarship Fund is to annually award up to two selected candidates with a grant of up to $ 600.00 for each school term.

OUR FOURTH ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT - A GREAT SUCCESS!!
 We look for your support to make our fourth annual charity golf tournament as successful as last year. Please help by becoming a sponsor, underwriting an expense, donating tournament prizes, or playing in our tournament.
Our organization is made up of Chief Fire Officers of every Fire Rescue agency within Broward County, Broward County's Trauma Agency, the American Red Cross (ARC), Division of Forestry and Broward County Division of Emergency Management. All proceeds from this tournament will directly benefit the American Cancer Society (75%), and our own scholarship foundation (25%). Donations are tax deductible due to our 501 C (8) designation.
Our Annual Golf Tournament will be held on May 8, 2009 at Jacaranda Country Club in Plantation. Please, become part of our annual event, which we are certain will be a great success again this year. Click on the links below for the registration and sponsership forms.
