Special Operations
The Special Operations Sub-Committee is tasked with the responsibility of reporting to the Broward Fire Chief Association issues pertaining to functions such as Hazmat, TRT, Air/Marine Units, Dive Teams, Swat Medic Programs, and other specialized Fire Rescue assets.
Subject matter discussed by the Sub-Committee includes countywide responses, funding, training and other operational topics.
The Special Operations Sub-Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month at rotating locations.
